Amanda offers trauma-informed Art Psychotherapy and Somatic EMDR for those looking to face their past, reduce triggers, be more present and live more authentically in their current lives, and create a brighter future for themselves. 

She facilitates progressive, self-led healing in a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship using gentle psychotherapy alongside Somatic EMDR and art therapy. With her passion for community, connection, trauma healing, and creativity, she empowers and enables you to feel more in control of your life and to find peace amid the chaos.

Amanda has a focus on Positive Psychology, DBT, and Narrative Therapy, and specialises in working with neurodiversity, trauma, the LGBTQIA community, women's issues, matrescence and parenting concerns, anxiety and depression.  She completed a bachelors of English Language and Literature at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania which she uses to aid her Narrative Therapy and Positive Psychology work. 

She completed the certificate and diploma programs through the College for Educational and Clinical Art Therapy (CECAT) before completing her masters degree in Art therapy from Western Sydney University.  She is a Marsha Linehan certified DBT skills practitioner, an Embody Lab certified Somatic EMDR practitioner, and a full member the Australian, New Zealand, and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA) and the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).
