Lotte Schultz is a sought-after holistic psychotherapist, experienced breathwork practitioner and group facilitator who has completed two comprehensive breathwork trainings:
Certified Holotropic Breathwork® facilitator (USA) with Grof Transpersonal Training (GTT).
Professional Breathwork Practitioner and Group Facilitator with the Australian Breathwork Association (ABA)
Lotte brings many skills to her practice, drawing on more than thirty years of personal experience and spiritual development as well as twenty years of professional breathwork training and trauma informed education.
Lotte offers a variety of recognised healing modalities (see 'About Lotte') and her passion is to provide a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for each person through their own unique healing experience.
In all her work Lotte takes an integrative approach toward wholeness, health and well-being. Lotte honours the innate wisdom of each person’s inner process and the natural movement of their own inner healer toward wholeness and awakening.
Lotte is available for in-person holistic psychotherapy and/or breathwork sessions on weekdays, some evenings and weekends, including phone or online appointments.
Weekend workshops and retreats are also offered.
