Over the 10 years as an Art Therapist, Stephanie has run various workshops in the areas of, PTSD, Domestic Violence, Metal Health Recovery and Careers for Mental Health. Developing Youth Programs, Woman's Groups and one-on-one sessions specifically catered for each client's needs and abilities and facilitating NDIS clients, as part of her private practice.
Over the years, Stephanie has seen the valuable benefits, of how a well-functioning endocannabinoid system creates an environment for the body to thrive. This is what brought Stephanie to the Living Nest and is now providing a synergetic holistic and complementary, whole-body experience in her workshops and private sessions.
Working within a team of practitioners who collectively understand how the endocannabinoid system functions and how together, in collaboration, can now offer various tools to clients that support the body, mind and spirit, Stephanie can see the immense impact such a team can offer.
Stephanie's passion for colour and the joy to explore and express her creativity through many forms of art. Creates a bridge. A way to walk each other home through various art processes and creative play. Her intention is and has been to inspire others to embrace a path to optimum well-being, for both the individual and the community.
Stepping into the Living Nest, Stephanie can now combine all her skills over the last 20 years and offer her unique skills and wisdom in her fun and playful workshops and will also be available, to see clients for individual sessions.
You can find more information about individual sessions on her website and register for workshops on the events page here on the Living Nest.
